As a High-Performance Fitness Trainer with more than five years of expertise, Subhan Ullah has worked with athletes at all levels, including international and state players and teams. He has held a previous experience of working with players like Fakhar Zaman, Shaheen Afridi, Samin Gul, and Arshad Iqbal. Subhan is passionate about assisting players with his excellent communication skills in reaching their potential and achieving their goals. Cricket has evolved into a mentally and physically demanding sport, and thanks to Subhan Ullah’s experience, he can offer excellent guidance and training in this field.

Duties and Responsibilities

His love of athletics inspired him to become more fit, hence, that enthusiasm grew. His fitness approach places great emphasis on age-appropriate programming with a particular focus on cardio and strength training combined with balance and flexibility training. Intending to incorporate exercise and ideal fitness into the demands of daily living, he forges long-term relationships with his trainees. He prepares workout routines, proper diet, and supplementation programs with nutrients. Subhan Ullah sees fitness as a way to change one’s attitude for the better throughout one’s life. He describes his workouts as straightforward, challenging, and productive by focusing on good form and mobility. His goal is to join PCB and serve his homeland.
