Owner & CEO
Born in Kallang, KPK, Fakhar Zaman relocated to Karachi and enlisted in the navy at 16. He turned his focus to cricket after a year-long rendezvous and has been successful at maintaining that ever since. He made his first-class debut for Karachi Blues in 2013.
His strategies fit the limited-overs game. He is a left-handed batsman and a useful part-time slow left-arm. He had a great run in the 2016 Pakistan Cup, scoring 297 runs in five games, including two fifty-run innings and a century. His team, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, won the championship thanks to his stroke-filled 115 in the championship match.
He earned a permanent berth in the Lahore Qalandar lineup for the PSL 2 season, thanks to his strong performances in nearly every domestic competition. In more condensed forms of the game, his “see the ball, hit the ball” philosophy makes him a crowd favorite and a formidable package. His fireworks helped Pakistan qualify for the Champions Trophy finale in 2017. And he seized the chance, winning Man of the Match award after smashing a scintillating ton in the championship match against India besides making the national team win the title as well. With 252 runs in 4 games, Fakhar Zaman became the face of Pakistani cricket, becoming the newest team to win the Champions Trophy.
